2. Services Provided

Toronto Skylight Installers provides professional skylight installation, skylight replacement, new skylight installation, skylight repair, and emergency skylight repair services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our services are available for both residential and commercial properties.

All services are subject to a site assessment and written agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by TSI™ are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work identified during the site assessment. Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated and confirmed in writing before proceeding.

4. Scheduling and Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time and with minimal disruption. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. TSI™ is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided before work begins. A deposit may be required prior to the start of the project. Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

TSI™ stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms specific to each service will be detailed in your service agreement. Product warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer (e.g., Velux). Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after our installation.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toronto Skylight Installers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
